Samples from our collection
Your sample package will usually ship within the first 1-3 business days from your order. Once shipped, you should receive an email with your shipping confirmation and your tracking number.
Your sample should arrive within 5-7 business days from the ship date, depending on your shipping address.
Custom order samples
Your custom sample order will first go through the creation process, which takes up to 15 business days. Once your custom sample has been created and ready for you to approve, we will ship it to you and send you a confirmation email with your tracking number.

What happens after my Artistry order?
The delivery company will contact you.
You will receive a call from the shipping company to schedule a delivery date with you.
Be Home on Delivery Day
Either you or an approved receiver will need to be on-site to sign delivery documents and assist in unloading your products. To assign receipt privileges to someone other than the name on the order details, please confirm with your delivery driver before delivery day; preferably at the time of scheduling your delivery.
Unloading is done by you.
Make sure to have your installer third party, friends, or family around to help you unload your packages. The driver may assist at their discretion.
Artistry needs breathing space...
Prepare enough space indoors where your hardwood products will be installed. It is best to allow your hardwood products to acclimatize to their final install environments for up to 7 business days prior to the install project start date.
On Delivery Day…
For a smooth delivery day, be on standby to receive a call from the truck driver. They’ll typically let you know when he’s close so you’re ready.
